Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a Zimly profile?+
Download the Zimly app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your email or phone number, then complete your profile with your name, job title, company, and contact details.
How do I share my profile?+
Open the app and tap the QR code icon or bring your NFC card close to another device. You can also share your personal link (zimly.ai/p/yourhandle) via any messaging app.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days all your data is permanently removed. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@zimly.ai.
I forgot my password / can't log in.+
On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and we'll send a reset link to your registered email address. If you signed up with a phone number, request a new OTP on the login screen.
My NFC card isn't working.+
Make sure NFC is enabled on your device (Settings → NFC). Hold the card steady against the top-back of an iPhone or the centre-back of an Android device for 1–2 seconds. If the card still doesn't respond, email us at support@zimly.ai with your card order number.
How do I export my contacts?+
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. We'll prepare a ZIP file containing all your data in JSON format and email it to you within 24 hours.
Is Zimly available outside India?+
Yes. Zimly is available worldwide on both the App Store and Google Play.
