Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Zimly account at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, how long it takes, and what your options are.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Zimly app on your device.
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon, bottom-right).
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation screen and tap Confirm Delete.

Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion. You have a 30-day grace period during which you can log back in to cancel the deletion. After 30 days the deletion is irreversible.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at:

privacy@zimly.ai

Include the email address or phone number registered to your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

We will respond to all email deletion requests within 30 days as required by applicable privacy law.

What happens to my subscription?

Deleting your Zimly account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before or after deleting your account.

Download your data first

Before deleting, you can export all your data as a ZIP file. In the app go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. We will email you a secure download link within 24 hours.
